Mississippi Mud Pudding | |||||||
This is one of my favorite puddings, and is so simple to make. The water and sugar / cocoa mix at the end of the recipe falls to the bottom of the pudding and makes a delicious chocolate sauce | |||||||
Ingredients: | |||||||
Mix Together: | |||||||
2 C / 300 g Cake Flour | |||||||
1 1/2 C / 315 g Sugar | |||||||
20 ml / 4 tsp Baking Powder | |||||||
5 ml / 1 tsp Salt | |||||||
60 ml / 4 T Cocoa | |||||||
Add: | |||||||
1 C / 250 ml Milk | |||||||
10 ml / 2 tsp Vanilla Essence | |||||||
Add: | |||||||
125 g Melted Margarine | |||||||
Add: | |||||||
1 C / 80 g Chopped Walnuts | |||||||
Mix well and pour into greased baking tin | |||||||
Mix Together: | |||||||
1 1/2 C / 300 g Brown Sugar | |||||||
1/2 C / 125 ml Cup Cocoa | |||||||
And sprinkle over batter | |||||||
Pour over Pudding: | |||||||
3 C / 750 ml Hot Water | |||||||
Bake at 350 F / 180 C for 40-50 minutes |
