| This is one of my favorite puddings, and is so simple to make. The water and sugar / cocoa mix at the end of the recipe falls to the bottom of the pudding and makes a delicious chocolate sauce | |||||||
| Ingredients: | |||||||
| Mix Together: | |||||||
| 2 C / 300 g Cake Flour | |||||||
| 1 1/2 C / 315 g Sugar | |||||||
| 20 ml / 4 tsp Baking Powder | |||||||
| 5 ml / 1 tsp Salt | |||||||
| 60 ml / 4 T Cocoa | |||||||
| Add: | |||||||
| 1 C / 250 ml Milk | |||||||
| 10 ml / 2 tsp Vanilla Essence | |||||||
| Add: | |||||||
| 125 g Melted Margarine | |||||||
| Add: | |||||||
| 1 C / 80 g Chopped Walnuts | |||||||
| Mix well and pour into greased baking tin | |||||||
| Mix Together: | |||||||
| 1 1/2 C / 300 g Brown Sugar | |||||||
| 1/2 C / 125 ml Cup Cocoa | |||||||
| And sprinkle over batter | |||||||
| Pour over Pudding: | |||||||
| 3 C / 750 ml Hot Water | |||||||
| Bake at 350 F / 180 C for 40-50 minutes | |||||||
